The Shamin Hotel Group in Richmond, Virginia wanted to establish their corporate brand on social media. They wanted to recognize their current associates, and showcase Shamin Hotels as an excellent place to work for future associates. The problem the Shamin team was experiencing is common – they are so busy providing their clientele with high quality service, that they didn’t always have the time to create and implement a social media marketing strategy.
